Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and packaging intact. Gift cards and mystery boxes are final sale. See our full Refund Policy.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Start your return in our Returns Portal with your order number and email address. Choose a refund, store credit or an exchange. Store credit and exchanges get 20% extra credit and a free return label.

How much does a return cost?

For returns under $250, a prepaid label costs $7.95, deducted from your refund. It's free if you choose store credit or an exchange, or if you added Free Returns ($1.95) at checkout. For returns of $250 or more, ship with a carrier of your choice at your own cost; if you added Free Returns, contact us and we'll send you a free label.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Start a return in our Returns Portal and select Defective/Damaged Item as the reason. Once approved, you keep the item, with no need to send it back and no return shipping cost.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can't find it?

Check with neighbors and around your property first. If tracking shows delivery to the address entered at checkout, we can't replace the order, but we'll send you the tracking and carrier details so you can follow up with the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship from our Pennsylvania warehouse within one business day (up to three during sales and holidays). Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days; Express takes 2–3 business days. Pre-order items ship on the date shown on the product page, and mixed orders ship together once everything is in stock.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $7.95, and free on orders of $60 or more. Express shipping is $19.95. We currently ship within the United States only.

How do I track my order?

Yay, time to celebrate, it's on its way! We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email support@birdieboss.com.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes. For 30 minutes after placing your order, you can change the address yourself. Your order confirmation email shows you how. After that, email us with your order number and the new address, and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped. If it has shipped, you may be able to redirect it from the carrier's tracking page.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?

Sometimes life happens and carriers can't deliver on time; when that happens, tracking may show a new delivery date. If your order hasn't arrived within 12 days of shipping, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the good old-fashioned methods: all major credit and debit cards. If you're a bit more tech-savvy, we also offer Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, plus Birdieboss gift cards.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify, and all payment details are encrypted. We never see or store your full card number.
