Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. 

Refunds & Exchanges

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal (found in the footer of our website).

  1. Enter your order number and email, then click "Find your order".
  2. Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
  3. Once your request is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the next steps.

Return Options & Fees:

  • For returns valued below $50:
    • Prepaid return label: $9.95 (includes handling fee)
    • Return with your own carrier: $3.95 handling fee
  • For returns valued above $50:
    • Return with your own carrier: $3.95 handling fee

Return fees are deducted from the refunded amount when the return is processed. If you choose to ship with your own carrier, you cover the return shipping cost, and we only deduct the handling fee.

All items must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued based on the option selected in the Returns Portal. If you choose a normal refund, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for your original order.

If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

BirdieBoss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BirdieBoss will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
