Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
Refunds & Exchanges
To initiate a return, email email@example.com with your order number and email address used at checkout. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.
If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Lost or Stolen Packages
BirdieBoss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BirdieBoss will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
