Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days, starting from the day your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped. If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund. 

Refunds & Exchanges

To start a return, visit our Returns Portal (found in the footer of our website).

  1. Enter your order number and email, then click "Find your order".
  2. Follow the instructions to submit your return request.
  3. Once your request is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation with the next steps.

If you choose an exchange instead of a refund, you'll receive 10% extra store credit. However, any unused credit will remain unused and is non-refundable.

Return Options & Fees:

We offer the following options:

  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund to store credit (includes 10% extra credit) – can be used anytime.
  • Exchange for any product (includes 10% extra credit).

Return options:

  • For returns valued below $130:
    • Prepaid return label: $7.95
  • For returns valued above $130:
    • Return with any carrier of your choice: You cover the cost of shipping with any carrier of your choice.

The cost of returns are deducted from the refunded amount when the return is processed. If you choose to ship with your own carrier, you cover the return shipping cost.

All items must be unused, with labels and packaging intact. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued based on the option selected in the Returns Portal. If you choose a normal refund, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for your original order.

If you would like to change your item for a different color or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

BirdieBoss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BirdieBoss will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
