Refund policy

Our 30-day return policy

You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery. The delivery date is shown in your order tracking. After 30 days we're unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

1. Go to our Returns Portal (also linked in the footer of every page).
2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, then select Find your order.
3. Choose the items and how you'd like to be refunded, then submit your request.
4. You'll receive an email confirming your return and the next steps.

Your refund options

For returns of $250 or more, please send the items back with a carrier of your choice; return shipping is at your cost, unless you added Free Returns at checkout (see below). Store credit is non-refundable and can't be exchanged for cash.

Free Returns ($1.95 at checkout)

Add Free Returns to your order for $1.95 at checkout and your return label is free, whichever refund option you choose. For returns of $250 or more, email support@birdieboss.com and we'll send you a free label. The Free Returns fee is non-refundable.

Return conditions

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Gift cards and mystery boxes are final sale and can't be returned.
• We process your refund as soon as your return arrives.
• We're not responsible for returns lost in transit if you use your own carrier, so we recommend a tracked service.

Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, start a return in our Returns Portal and select Defective/Damaged Item as the reason. Once your request is approved, you keep the item: there's no need to send it back and no return shipping cost. Then choose a refund, store credit or exchange as usual.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered to the address entered at checkout, Birdieboss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Contact us and we'll provide the delivery date, tracking details and carrier information so you can follow up with the carrier.
